The Career Development Support Center was established in November 2013 as a hub to support and promote the career development of nursing professionals, with the aim of responding to the social need for nursing services that are increasingly becoming advanced and specialized, as well as contributing to the improvement of the health and welfare of prefectural residents and to the development of nursing professionals with excellent practical nursing skills.
The Career Development Support Center’s functions include the promotion of the career development of nursing professionals, the establishment of certified nurse education curricula, and the provision of support to specialized nurses and certified nurses.
While responding to the demands of the current age of medical advances and changes in social values, we aim to expand the functions of the Career Development Support Center with a flexible mindset.
