President Hiromi Sanada was selected as one of the “World’s Top 2% Scientists.”
The latest version of the researcher list, Science-wide Author Databases of Standardized Citation Indicators (created by Stanford University and Elsevier), which identifies highly influential scientists worldwide, was released on September 17, 2024.
President Hiromi Sanada was selected for both “Career-long” and “Single Year” categories, and she is the only Japanese scholar to achieve this distinction in the field of “Nursing.”
Under the leadership of President Hiromi Sanada, our university will continue to advance education, research, and practice based on the concept of “Caring,” “Knowing,” “Exploring,” and “Beyond Caring,” and contribute to the global dissemination of new nursing science.
Note: This list ranks 5 million researchers who have published at least five papers across 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields, identifying the top 2% based on a composite evaluation of several citation indicators. The analysis is based on Scopus data and considers both “Career-long” and “Single Year” citation impacts.
