On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, the “Attento Meister Pro Training” program was held at Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University with the support of Daio Paper Corporation.

The training program provided participants with an opportunity to develop knowledge and practical skills related to diapers and absorbent pads used in continence care.

Participants included faculty and staff members of the Joint Research Course in Well-Being Nursing, graduate students of Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University, and nurses working at local home-visit nursing stations.

Using Attento diapers and absorbent pad products, participants learned how to select and apply appropriate products according to each individual’s condition through case studies and hands-on exercises. The training also provided a valuable opportunity for participants engaged in continence care research and practice to exchange perspectives and consider ways to provide better care.

Continence care is not simply about supporting elimination; it is an essential aspect of care that helps preserve each individual’s dignity and supports a comfortable daily life. We hope to apply the knowledge and skills gained through this training in our respective clinical, educational, and research settings and contribute to further improving continence care practice.
