At the IPNU Graduate School, we also have a system in which anyone is able to register to study individual subjects.

Ways to study

1. Those who wish to study subjects held in the relevant year should consult the teaching staff member in charge of the subject, and if approval is given for study, a study application may be made.
2. Those who wish to study individual subjects may not make a study application for subjects which are not being held in the relevant year due to an absence of students etc. in the graduate school.
3. In the case that Special Register Students are admitted to IPNU’s Graduate School, with an upper limit of 10 credits obtained for Special Register Student courses, they may apply for recognition of the obtained credits according to Article 12 of the IPNU Graduate School Study Provisions.
4. If Special Register Students wish to study individual practicum subjects, they may need to study special theory or seminar subjects run at the university depending on the field, therefore please discuss with the teaching staff member in charge of the subject. If consent is obtained in terms of study requirements, a study application may be made.

Amounts of admission testing fees etc. and payment methods

The amount of admission testing fees for studying individual subjects at IPNU Graduate School as well as admission and tuition fees and their payment is stipulated by the Ishikawa Prefectural Public University Corporation provisions on tuition fees and other fees.

Research Students

At IPNU’s Graduate School, we have a research student admission system.
Research students, under the supervision of supervising teaching staff, may use the university facilities and equipment. In addition, with the permission of the supervisor and teaching staff member in charge of the subject, research students may listen in on classes relating to their research.
